Meet Connor Pashby
Founder & Fitness Coach

Connor Pashby is the driving force behind Calibrated Strength, blending years of hands-on coaching with a relentless commitment to helping clients achieve life-changing results. As the owner and head coach, Connor brings both personal experience and professional expertise to create programs that go far beyond the typical “diet and exercise plan.”

His journey began in the U.S. Army, where he sought out challenge and discipline to discover what he was truly capable of, both physically and mentally. The lessons of perseverance, structure, and resilience he gained during service now form the foundation of his coaching philosophy: that growth only comes from pushing past comfort zones with the right guidance and support.

Connor specializes in weight loss, strength training, physique development, and lifestyle transformation. He’s not just focused on the short-term results — his mission is to teach clients how to build sustainable habits, so they never feel like they’re “starting over” again. His approach combines personalized training, custom nutrition coaching, and accountability systems that are built around each client’s unique lifestyle.

Beyond coaching, Connor has competed ln bodybuilding and Powerlifting which led to him guiding athletes to success on the competition stage, as well as busy professionals, parents, and everyday people who want to reclaim their health. He believes everyone has the capacity to transform when given the right tools, knowledge, and support.

Kobie Smith is a passionate and knowledgeable coach at Calibrated Strength, combining over three years of professional coaching experience with seven years of personal dedication to fitness. Backed by a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) and dual certifications as a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, Kobie blends science and real-world application to help clients reach their goals and sustain them for life.

Specializing in athlete training, weight loss, and physique development, Kobie tailors every program to the individual. Whether you’re an athlete chasing peak performance, someone navigating weight loss, or a client refining your physique, his coaching is rooted in both academic expertise and hands-on experience.

What sets Kobie apart is his philosophy of education and sustainability. He believes in empowering clients with the “why” behind their training and nutrition, teaching them how to maintain results long-term. This approach has helped clients break through plateaus, transform their bodies, and build confidence that extends far beyond the gym.

Treyton is dedicated to helping people build lasting strength, confidence, and healthy habits. He enjoys working with athletes, beginners, and anyone committed to improving their performance or overall fitness. With his approachable style and science-based training, Treyton makes progress simple, sustainable, and motivating for every client.

He is currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Business at UW–Eau Claire and has already gained hands-on experience coaching clients of all ages and backgrounds. His passion for fitness extends beyond the classroom, as a competitive bodybuilder, Treyton understands firsthand the discipline, focus, and dedication required to achieve meaningful results.

Treyton’s coaching philosophy combines research-backed programming with a strong focus on building long-term habits, mastering proper technique, and creating progress that lasts. His mission is to ensure that every client feels confident, challenged, and supported throughout their journey.

When he’s not in the gym or studying, you’ll likely find him outdoors, continuing to live the active lifestyle he teaches.

Calibrated Strength Coach

Craig Wendel is an enthusiastic and motivating coach at Calibrated Strength who brings both personal and professional experience to his clients. With over five years of personal commitment to fitness and nutrition, along with previous coaching experience, Craig knows what it takes to create sustainable, lifelong results. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) at UW–Eau Claire and holds his NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential while working toward his NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) certification.

Craig’s journey began as an extremely underweight long-distance runner who was tired of being defined by eating disorder jokes. Determined to change, he stepped into the gym as a complete beginner, with no outside coaching, and worked his way through the uncertainty and discomfort. That experience gives him unique empathy and insight into the challenges clients face when starting out, and it fuels his passion for guiding others through the same transformation.

Today, Craig specializes in weight loss, strength training, muscle building, athlete development, and building sustainable habits. His approach goes beyond just “looking better”, he believes coaching is about building mental and physical resilience so clients are prepared for whatever life throws their way.

Craig’s energy and passion are contagious, creating an environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered. With his coaching, every client learns how to achieve their goals and keep their results for the long term.

Meet Sharina Sigurdson
Calibrated Strength Coach

Sharina Sigurdson is a coach at Calibrated Strength, a National NPC competitor, and a dedicated student pursuing dual degrees in Dietetics, both her Bachelor’s and Master’s, which she will complete by Fall 2027. With over 7 years of training experience and more than 3 years as a competitive bodybuilder, she specializes in natural body recomposition, helping clients build strength, improve performance, and transform their relationship with health in a sustainable, empowering way.

Sharina’s coaching philosophy is shaped by both her athletic and academic background. Through her studies in clinical and community nutrition, she has adopted a weight-inclusive approach to health, recognizing that true wellness is defined by behaviors, habits, and mindset, not just the number on the scale. Drawing on frameworks such as Health At Every Size (HAES), she emphasizes intuitive eating, body respect, and compassionate care as vital elements of long-term success.

Her personal journey fuels her passion for coaching. After witnessing her father’s struggles with heart disease and obesity, Sharina once believed health was only about willpower. Over time, her education and experience taught her that health is complex, shaped by biology, genetics, environment, and personal circumstances. Today, she uses that knowledge to empower others with evidence-based tools, empathy, and individualized guidance, helping clients define health on their own terms.

Whether working with athletes seeking peak performance, clients striving to improve daily strength, or individuals wanting a healthier, more balanced relationship with food and movement, Sharina combines science, lived experience, and compassion to support every step of the journey.

Sarah coaches at Calibrated Strength with a perspective shaped by her own transformation. While balancing a family and full-time career, she realized it was time to prioritize her health and joined Calibrated Strength as a client. With Connor’s support, she lost more than 80 pounds naturally, a milestone that not only changed her life, but also inspired her to step into coaching.

Today, Sarah works with clients on weight loss, strength training, and building sustainable habits. She understands the pressures of busy schedules and competing priorities, and she uses that insight to design supportive, realistic training. Her goal is to equip clients with tools and habits they can carry with them for life.

For Sarah, coaching is so much more than a workout and nutrition plan; it’s about helping people grow stronger, more confident, and more resilient in every part of their lives.
