“The timing of learning and starting at Calibrated Strength couldn't have been better. I was coming off an injury that required surgery and an extremely long recovery period. PT got me back in the weight room but I knew I wanted and needed more than PT. My goal was to comeback better and stronger! So I met with Conner, told him what I was looking for and he was open and honest with how he felt Calibrated Strength could help me so I decided it was now or never. Enter Kobie! “I’ve been to a lot of gyms over the years. Big ones, small ones, ones that felt impersonal, ones that felt intimidating… (I’ve learned the intimidating part is mostly a me problem) But Calibrated Strength is the first place I’ve ever worked out where I genuinely feel like I belong. Not just showing up, doing my thing, and leaving, but actually feeling like part of a group of people who want to see each other succeed. The vibe here is supportive without being weird about it, motivating without being scary, and very serious about training while still feeling fun and really enjoying your time there. Trainers notice you. People encourage each other. Progress gets acknowledged, even on the days where you feel like you barely have anything to give. Every single time I walk out of there, my mood is so much better than I had when I walked in. Even if it was already a great day lol. I personally work with Kobie (the GOAT) and I can’t say enough good things, but legit, you really can’t go wrong with any of the trainers here. The team they’ve put together is incredible (and some of the nicest people you’ll meet).
What I appreciate most is that they don’t just tell you what to do, they make sure you understand why you’re doing it. Whether it’s nutrition, reps, form, or a specific exercise choice, it all feels intentional. They’re setting you up for an actual new way of living your life, not just a quick-fix program…
(although I did start seeing results pretty quickly, not gonna lie )”
